Street markets are a living, breathing part of London’s history. They are part of the fabric of the city and each market reflects the character of its neighbourhood. For hundreds of years markets have provided livelihoods for people and a source of affordable goods.

The footage shot by the children will then be taken away and edited into a film, which will be shown at a special screening on the 15th June on a stall at the market.

The Stall Stories project was conceived, coordinated and implemented by digital:works.
