\"\"<\/a>On Thursday 21st<\/sup> June 2012 Camden launched its Healing Histories project at Bloomsbury Square.<\/p>\n

Digital:works have been working with pupils of Holy Trinity School, NW3 to design a history trail around Bloomsbury through the eyes of Sir Hans Sloane, physician to Kings and founder of the British Museum and Chelsea Physic Gardens. We worked with writer, Michael MacMillan and Historian, Katie Potter to help the pupils research and write the content, while we focused on colour schemes, images and layout.<\/p>\n

We also worked at Eleanor Palmer School with Lindsay Noble<\/a> to create designs for the interpretation boards that sit alongside the new physic garden they have planned and planted in Bloomsbury Square.<\/p>\n

The Heritage Lottery Funded project was run by Kim Biddulph for London Borough of Camden who said:<\/p>\n

“Commissioning digital:works to deliver design education sessions with Year 5 pupils in Camden for the Healing Histories project was a great move. They provided real design input at the right level for 55 ten year olds to create design specifications for a written trail and information boards. The design of the resultant trail is beautiful and ties in really well with the eighteenth century theme of the project.”<\/em><\/p>\n
