\"countertext<\/a>digital:works<\/strong> trustee David Rogers and Joe Stevens, a digital:works<\/strong> member are exhibiting work at Countertext.<\/p>\n

Countertext is a collection of multimedia installations and events that will include sculpture, sound, video, and performances that will be happening from Friday 7 November to Monday 10 November, across 18 venues in Bridport, West Bay and Beaminster.<\/p>\n

This is a fantastic new cultural event for the South West region.<\/p>\n

Joe is exhibiting a sound work, \u201cwith the window wide open<\/a>\u201d, in Bridport Old Books. This work aims to evoke memories of a particular time and place, using field recordings along with treated sounds.\u201d<\/p>\n

Countertext is a complementary to the Bridport Literary Prize and an opportunity to extend the language of the visual arts in relation to the written and spoken word.<\/p>\n
