digital:works developed this film and writing project to celebrate the 150 year anniversary of the world's first ever underground railway. A "heartwarming" film told from a workers and enthusiasts' point of view.
Children worked with Westminster City Archives, Camden Local Studies and Archive Centre and the London Transport Museum to study the history of that period and then conduct oral history filmed interviews with retired and current workers on the tube and passengers. They also worked on some creative writing for a booklet and exhibition.
